Your Funds

We understand that you have put your trust in us to safeguard your funds while they are held in your account and we don’t take that responsibility lightly. All player funds are held in a segregated account completely separate from our day-to-day operational funds. This means that the balance of your funds will always be available should you wish to withdraw.

Please verify your 4Poker Account by providing copies of your ID and Address Verification at your earliest convenience to avoid delays in processing your withdrawals. It’s obviously better to get this done before you want to withdraw to make the process smooth.

Withdrawal Processing Times

All withdrawals are subject to our internal processes to ensure that we’re fulfilling our legal and regulatory obligations in terms of fraud prevention, anti-money laundering, and countering the financing of terrorism. 

• Your withdrawals may be automatically paid back to the payment method used to deposit. The oldest deposits will be paid back to first.  Once you’ve withdrawn the total deposited amounts on each method you can choose another payment method
  available in your country to receive the remaining withdrawn amount.

• Where your depositing payment method doesn’t accept withdrawal transactions, it is not subject to the mandatory withdrawal requirements mentioned above.

Withdrawals will be sent onwards for processing after an 4Poker Internal Review is completed, which can take up to 24 hours. Our aim is to make withdrawals as timely as is possible and we appreciate your patience if there’s ever a delay due to ensuring we’re meeting our legal and regulatory obligations. 

Fees

We can’t state this clearly enough: 4Poker will not charge you for withdrawing your funds, but in some instances your bank or payment method may apply a charge for accepting your withdrawal. That’s out of our hands. We won’t charge on our side. 

Currency Exchange Rates

Where your withdrawal currency is different to your 4Poker account currency we will clearly display the currency exchange rate in the cashier at the time of your withdrawal request.

Withdrawal Cancelation

4Poker do not provide the facility for users to cancel withdrawals once they are requested. As stated, there’s no fee on either side so if you change your mind you can simply wait until your funds have successfully made their way back to you and then redeposit with no fee.
