Player Migration - Action Required.

Dear .EU Player,

Please note as of 3rd September 2025 Uptick Entertainment Malta Limited (the ‘Company’) operating under license number MGA/B2C/842/2020, intends to transfer all players registered under the MGA license who consent, to our Isle of Man GSC license. From the date of this notice, no new player registrations and deposits will be allowed on the Company’s website and applications operating under our MGA license.

Don't worry! gameplay continues as normal once you are transferred to our Isle of Man license.

To ensure you are not impacted and if you agree to be transferred to our Isle of Man GSC license, please send an email to our support team at [email protected] stating ‘I agree to be transferred’ along with your user ID.

Once you agree, your funds, bonuses and personal details will be transferred to the GSC license at the end of the one month notice period.

Please note from the date of this notice, no new deposits and registrations will be accepted. Otherwise, as mentioned gameplay will continue as normal for a period of one month and all the withdrawal methods utilized by the Company will be still available to players.

During this one month notice period, you can still withdraw funds on your account (if any). If you are unable to withdraw, please contact our support team at [email protected]

If you do not wish to be transferred, your account will remain unchanged, and we will contact you at a later stage with further information regarding next steps about the closure of your account.

Any players’ requests, queries and complaints received during this one-month notice period will be attended to, ensuring that all requests are resolved in the best possible manner. 

The Company will ensure that all necessary steps are taken to comply with all the relevant legislation and regulations including the provisions of the Remote Gaming Regulations, the Data Protection Act and Money Laundering Act.
