Our 3rd Party Tools Policy

We have very strict policies regarding the use of 3rd Party tools, services or similar. This is to ensure the online experience resembles live poker as much as possible.

The following items are prohibited when the game client is running;

Bots, Real-Time Assistance & Solvers	We prohibit the use of any tool or service that can play without human interference or advise a player on what actions to take during hands. Physical and digital reference materials are also prohibited while playing with us.
Remote Desktop & Screen Sharing	We prohibit the use of any tool or service that can be used to remotely access or share a player’s screen with others.
Virtual Machines & Emulators	We prohibit the use of any tool or service that disguises the device used, and it’s installed operating system. The operating system should be native to the device used.
Data mining	We prohibit the use of any tool or service that builds up a database of opponents' past tendencies, regardless if the player was dealt into the hand or not.
Heads-Up Displays (HUDs)	(HUDs) are strictly prohibited while playing with us.
Automated Seating & Game Selection	We prohibit the use of any tool or service that assists a player in seating, registering for games or game selections.
Hot-keys & Macros	We prohibit the use of any tool or service that assists a player in taking actions, sizing bets, etc.
Other	We prohibit the use of any other tool or service deemed by our Game Integrity Team to provide players with an unfair advantage.

Breaches to this policy may result in players being barred from the site and remaining funds may be confiscated in line with our Terms & Conditions.
